The operation of the printing machine:
1. Steps to boot:
1-1. Turn the Main disconnect circuit breaker switch up to ON.
Location.
1-2. Press the switch button (Figure 2 button 1, light green).
1-3. After the printer is initialized, it will automatically enter the main screen.
1-4. After entering the main screen, you must perform reset to perform other actions.


2)  Shutdown steps:
2-1. Press the shutdown button.
2-2. Press the emergency stop switch according to the on-screen prompt (Fig. 2)
2-3. Turn the Main disconnect switch OFF.
2-4. Turn off Main disconnect circuit breaker.

3. Wipe paper installation steps.
3-1. Execute SQUEEGEE STROKE in the Main control view.
Move the print head back to the proper position.
3-2. In the Main control view, change the wipe paper command Change Paper, 
the wipe system will return to the front, and the stencil can be pushed open to replace the wipe paper, as shown below:

3-3. Install a new wipe on the auxiliary shaft
3-5. Put the wiper paper on the auxiliary shaft and install the reel (drive shaft).

4)  Steps to change the line:
4-1. Select “FILE” menu under the main screen, click to select “LOAD”
FILE" command, select the model to be produced, follow the machine prompts
The operation can complete the automatic adjustment of the track width.
4-2. Select the vacuum fixture corresponding to the program and install it on the machine.
4-3. Select the corresponding steel mesh installation (note that the steel mesh label should be outward).
4-4. Install the scraper (before, pay attention to the rear scraper).
4-5. Test the height of the steel mesh and scraper. Enter the “Utilities” dish under the main screen.
Single, select "Squeegee Height" and follow the prompts.
4-6. After adding the solder paste, move the scraper to the front and prepare for printing.
Select "Cycle Squeegee" moving scraper in the "Utilities" menu


The following three windows are related to the parameters of the printing, please do not change.
4. Safety knowledge:
1. The security door key cannot be shorted. If it is found that there is a short circuit, please pass it in time.
Know the biotechnology.

2. After changing the wipe, please do not put your hand on the Camera to move the Camera.
This is easy to pinch your hand.

3. If you find an abnormal sound or situation, please press the emergency button immediately.
V. Error message identification:
1.BOARD MODEL NOT FOUND.   PCB MARK not found
2.STENCIL MODEL NOT FOUND.  Steel plate MARK not found
3.REMOVE BOARD FROM TRACKS.  Remove the PCB from the track
4.PAPER EMPTY.  Wipe out of paper
5 .SOLVENT EMPTY.
    
     
6. Daily inspection/maintenance of the printing press:
6.1  Check if the air pressure is normal every day.
6.2  Check if the security door is shorted daily.
6.3  Check if the solvent is enough.
6.4  Clean the steel mesh regularly.
6.5  Clean the filters and filters in the cycle maintenance.
6.6  Cycle maintenance cleans the vacuum wiping system and vacuum positioning system.

7. Other operations (such as manual wiping, solder paste stirring, solder paste addition, solder paste tube)
Control, visual inspection) Please strictly follow the SOP operation.
