Visual positioning system
1)  Structure of CAMERA:
Two lenses, STENCIL+PCB  A PCB STOP SENSOR
2) Can be used for solder paste coverage inspection: CAMERA PCB lens can be used to check the coverage of solder paste,
3D inspection requires the machine to have a matching function to check.


PCB STOP SENSOR
After sensing the PCB, the PCB is stopped.

2. Two shots of CAMERA:
Identify stencil and MARK on the PCB to identify
The images are completely coincident as a benchmark to achieve positioning accuracy

3. When proofreading the position, the PCB is fixed on the fixture.
Only STENCIL can be moved and adjusted. (X.Y. THETA)

Wiping system:
Wet wipe: Wipe the system (wet wipe) / When wiping, lift the wiper by the cylinder to wipe
     Paper is in contact with steel plate.
2. Solvent pump has 3~4 seconds solvent spraying process
3 The amount of solvent in the wet wipe should be controlled after the wet wipe
     When the wet wipes are just used up.
4 solvent spray can be adjusted by adjusting the frequency of the solvent pump
     And stroke to control.

Solder paste filling system: The scraper uses a steel scraper. The angle standard is now 60 degree scraper with 12.14.16.19inch and other common types of scrapers.The solder paste is rolled on the steel plate during printing. When the solder paste does not roll, the solder paste sticks to the scraper and causes poor printing.

The pressure of the scraper is generally not set too large, which is easy to cause
Steel mesh damage and scraper change. The current SOP regulations are
12~20 pounds
