1)  Install the Vibration Feeder on the placement machine.

2)  Place the IC tube on the IC tube holder of the Vibration feeder,then move the tube card, 

and clamp the IC tube to fix the IC tube.

3) Setting the nozzle point position of the station on the machine.

4) Confirm the voltage of the Stick Feeder 220V, 110V, 24V, and then connect to the 

corresponding voltage jacks 220V, 110V, 24V.

5) Turn on the power switch (Power) {When the switch is turned ON, the power is turned on, the indicator light is on,

 the switch is turned off, the power is turned off, and the indicator is off}.

Transfer the two knobs FRQUENCY and AMPLITUDE, (FRQUENCY is the main key, AMPLITUDE is the fine adjustment).

 Adjust the two knobs to the appropriate position of the vibration.
