during the movement, the component falls off the placement head. 

The following are the factors and treatment of pick-up problems of the placement machine

 wipe the bottom end surface, and use a fine needle through hole to dredge the nozzle hole.

d) If there is any doubt about the inlet end or outlet end of the vacuum pipe and filter, no vacuum is formed, or no vacuum is formed.

 (Can't hear exhaust sound / LED of vacuum valve is not on / lack of vacuum pressure at the inlet end of the filter):

 Check for leaks in the vacuum pipe and interface. Connect the air duct from scratch or replace it. Replace the interface or trachea. Replace the vacuum valve.

e) The appearance of the component is not flat (we have found 0) 

The 1µf capacitor is not flat and is tiled along the length of the component): replace qualified components.

f) The component is glued to the base tape) The raw edge of the braided hole catches the component) 

The pin of the component is stuck at the corner of the socket) The gap between the component and the braided hole is not large enough:

 lift the plastic tape and remove the braid Take the tape upside down and see if the component can fall by itself.

g) The plastic tape on the surface of the taped component is too sticky or not robust, and the plastic tape cannot be opened normally.  

 or the plastic tape is torn from the edge: check the status of the plastic tape when it is opened and rolled up, install the feeder or replace the component from the beginning.

i) The selection of the nozzle, component or feeder is incorrect.   

the component library data is incorrect, making the pick-up time too early: view the library data and set from scratch.

j) The pick-up threshold is set too low or too high, and pick-up errors often occur:

 the setting of progress or decline.

k) Deformation of the pins of the equipment in the chute of the feeder is stuck in the chute:

 take out the deformed equipment in the chute.

l) Because the tape feeder reel is loose, the plastic tape is not wound during feeding: 

adjust the tightness of the tape feeder reel.

m) Because the tape feeder reel is too tight, the plastic tape is pulled off during feeding: 

adjust the tightness of the tape feeder reel.

n)Because the tape cutter does not work or the scissors are worn or the feeder is not installed properly, the paper tape cannot be discharged normally. 

The tape feeder or the bottom is blocked by paper tape or plastic tape: check and correct the tape cutter) Replace or Cut the tape in time when installing the feeder manually from the beginning.
