The Preparation before CPK Calibration
1) CPK software

2. CPK software
(1) Install the corresponding nozzle and material according to the nozzle and material configuration in the CPK program
Warm-up operation: the machine is warmed up to reach normal production status
Teaching position teaching: machine accuracy correction, compensation
Accuracy verification: accuracy and CPK value check, offset display
The machine is warmed up to the normal state, and then the position is taught.
The machine compensates the tip offset and automatically updates the machine parameters.
Finally, the updated parameters are used for the placement and verification, and the distribution of the components,
the CPK value, the single nozzle angle offset, and the overall offset are displayed.
The CPK value needs to be greater than 1.33, and an unexpected situation may occur.
Use Ave value and formula to compensate
(2) TEACH part reclaiming position
compensation formula:
Mount X value = Mount X (original value) + (Ave X)
Mount Y value = Mount Y (original value) - (Ave Y)
Compensation formula:
Mount X value = Mount X (original value) - (Ave X)
Mount Y value = Mount Y (original value) + (Ave Y)
(2) Classification of CPK values
CPK=(USL-X)/3σ=2, this equation represents USL-X=6σ, which means that the value of this series satisfies the 6σ standard.
Similarly, the corresponding values of CPK, 1, 1.33, and 1.67 are 3σ, 4σ, and 5σ, respectively.
Therefore, we require a CPK value of no less than 1,The normal situation satisfies 1.33-1.67, 1.67-2 is excellent,
and greater than 2 is more than the 6σ standard, which can appropriately reduce the machine cost.
