YS12 to hold up to 120 feeding positions enabling high flexibility for large mix and minimum
changeover environments with high reliable pick up rates. The ability of handling a large variety
of products with a very wide range of components and product complexity, the YS12 is a future

With a space productivity of 20k components per hour (cph) per square meter, the YS12 is the most
productive chip shooter on the market. With its length of merely 1.25 meters, its 10 inline heads,
combined with a new recognition system, the YS12 achieves a speed of 36k cph.
Performance is guaranteed with the advanced optic scanning camera and integrated side-view camera.
Simultaneous measuring of the X- and Y-sides of the component provide the most optimal accuracy
and mount reliability.
