1. This failure will affect the flux spray uneven (uneven volume, may be ahead of or delayed spray), nozzle clogging, pressure is not enough, flow reduction, flux moisture and so on. Not only affected the quality of the furnace after the furnace also increased maintenance personnel. 3. Electrical parts of the wave soldering furnace: If the machine is too long without maintenance, maintenance or replacement of some parts, it will produce electrical components (such as: AC contactor, relay ammeter, voltmeter, etc.), wire insulation Resistance increases, so that the conductivity is not strong, poor contact, in the power will pull the soliton, short circuit, then the circuit will multiply the current, may burn electrical parts, instruments. Do not want to make serious damage to mechanical equipment, delay production and damage to the human body is difficult to predict the consequences.

4. Wave soldering furnace heating pipe part: If the use of a long time is not on the heating pipe maintenance and replacement, there will be heating pipe heating temperature is not uniform, heat pipe aging, fracture, SMT reflow oven will affect the patch components of the melting tin Welding effect. Such as cold welding, tin beads, short and so bad, DIP wave soldering will affect the role of flux on the PCB'A (not reach the welding effect). Tin bath solder melting time is extended, due to uneven temperature lead to burst tin (due to tin in the melting when the chain burst, bearing and stuck), temperature control that is not accurate (may lead to misjudgment) and so on. This will not only guarantee the quality and waste of production time, but also increase the mechanical costs, labor costs and material costs.
